may only maintain one Express Rewards
Account. Accounts may not be shared
among a group or a company.
• Points
are non-transferable. As odd as it sounds,
points can only be transferred between spouses
in the
case of a documented death.
• Points
are awarded for total order amount. This
includes ancillary charges such as delivery
fees, taxes,
and driver gratuities.
• Points
are awarded only on orders that are completed
and paid for in total. Cancelled orders
will not receive any points.
• Expressly
Gourmet
will maintain an account of your point total
at all times. If you would like to inquire
about the total number of points
you have earned, please visit the
Contact
Us page
of our website and write your
request in the 'Comments' field or give
us a call. We will send you an email with
your point total.
• Customers
are responsible for notifying Expressly
Gourmet of any changes to your
account including change of phone number, address, email
address, or account name.
• Expressly
Gourmet maintains no affiliation
with any of the companies in our Rewards
Program.
