No. It's simple, for every dollar you spend on food, beverages  with Expressly Gourmet you receives points to redeem for special gifts. (Applies to food and house totals only).

 

What is the average length of time it takes to receive my reward?

Normally, it shouldn't take longer than a week to receive your Gift. Larger and more expensive items may take longer, but generally not the case.

 

Can I receive points from orders before I was a member?

Points start accumulating once you set your account up. Past orders do not count towards your point total.

How many points do I receive for every dollar I spend?

For every dollar you spend you receive 1 point. This includes money spent on food, drinks and catering supplies. Points are rewarded once delivery is complete. Double and Triple Point specials are often offered by Expressly Gourmet for promotional events.

 

Do I have to sign up for the program on-line?

No, but in order to start accumulating points you must first sign up! You can call 858-490-3930 for an application form if you prefer to do it that way. Either way, you will be put into the Rewards system!

Is there any expiration date for the points

The points are good forever or unless the program is discontinued. However, this program has been in effect for over three years, so it is doubtful it will ever be canceled.

 

How do I redeem my points?

The process is simple. Just collect points and Choose Your Reward. Once we receive indication of the gift you have chosen, we will arrange to have the gift delivered.

  1. Expressly Gourmet may amend the Express Rewards Program rules and conditions as necessary and at its discretion. In the event that the program rules have changed, a dated notice will be made available on this web page.
  2. In the event that Expressly Gourmet terminates the Express Rewards Program, it will adequately notify participants with the opportunity to redeem their remaining rewards within a given period of time.
  3. The accrual of program points does not directly correlate to any cash value redemption.
  4. Expressly Gourmet has the right to cancel a participant's account if it suspects fraudulent activity, abuse, or at its discretion.
  5. Express Rewards Program Points' can not be gained in conjunction with any other affiliated discounts or promotions, such as those offered to Expressly Gourmet employees, family members, or friends.
